Responsibilities

Defining requirements for the projected object;

• Carrying out measurements with the initial inspection of the object and recording on the measuring sheet;

• Preparation of sketches and working designs of residential buildings, full control over the work in the field of construction;

• Ensuring that the initial sketch or through appropriate computer programs;

• Discussion and approval of the initial sketch / drawing with the chief architect or relevant persons;

• Direct participation in the development and preparation of a project package consisting of architectural and engineering drawings;

• Providing author's control over the construction of designed facilities;

• Protection of the working project in the relevant state bodies at the stage of examination and approval, as well as the preparation of the necessary demonstration materials (models, electronic presentation materials).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture

6+ years of experience in construction and architecture
